Nick got us our Clear To Close EARLY for the purchase. Given it was a simultaneous closing with the buyer's sale of their own home, it can be very tricky with all of the moving parts, but Nick and his team had this closing go off without a single problem! Will always use him for my buyers, the only reliable lender I have ever had!
