Frank was very thorough in his preparation , a little frustrating at times in his attention to details , BUT that made a very strong closing once we found the right house , so worth the waiting .

Nick was so helpful when we had questions about the loan and Cash to Keys. We didn’t end up having to use Cash to Keys but it was a wonderful backup plan that made us feel like our transition into our new home possible if we found a house sooner than when we sold ours. Nick was professional, sincerely caring and helpful with directions to make the loan come through. We will use his services when it is time to refinance.
